Fong Ha Workshop – Joliet – July 2009
Fong Ha will be conducting a workshop in Joliet, IL the weekend of July 25-26, 2009. Topics that may be included in this workshop are Yiquan Standing Meditation, awareness training, 2 pesron sensitivity exercises, Yang Style Taijiquan, 8 Piece Brocade (Ba Duan Jin), Yi jinjing.
