Master Chen Zhonghua has released the trailer for the Basic Foundations DVD.  In the trailer, Master Chen talks about how we should always initiate action with the eyes.  The eyes must be focused on the opponent at all times.  The eyes can be used to discern between rotation and tossing. If the eyes follow the hands, tossing can occur. Good stuff and definitely some food for thought. Check out the trailer below. I will update this post when the DVD is available for purchase.
