		<description><![CDATA[I have a really hard time grasping, no push, just pull, esp when push again is mentioned sometimes through out the movements. But then I had to go through the motions, and something started clicking in.... Pulling as in pulling a crank???? I can imagine it through silk reeling exercises.]]></description>
