yup yup, it *IS* possible if one has the willpower ;) Personal development is all about change and willpower. I have given up many things and changed many paths in my life for the better. WoW is just one of them.

I don't regret playing WoW as now I have the experience and know what it's about. However, I feel much happier now that I am no longer playing it or any other MMO.

We're doing a lot of projects around the house and consequently my practice space is moving around, shrinking, or disappearing altogether. I thought I'd take this opportunity to really work on zhan zhuang and really examine my practice; breaking it down to build it back up.

Coincidentally, I am examing the gap between the things I want to really work on and what I am actually doing. I've listed those things I really want to make progress at, in order. I also made a list of what I'm actually spending my time on, and am trying to reconcile the disparity.

It's really sort of mind opening.
